I work for a fairly small consulting firm and I am worried about how long we will be in business. We have a few clients, but I do not think that we have enough to keep us afloat for too long. While I know that aesthetics do not mean everything, I cannot help but think that us having a shabby office is part of the problem. This place took all of the money we all had to open and we did not have enough money to buy all of the fancy things that we would have liked. We just made sure that each person in the office has a desk, computer, phone and chair. We have been trying to come up with a plan on getting some new things, but we do not think that we will be able to afford that right now. We will redecorate if we find a place that has reasonable prices, but we will have to see.
